No: 29, 6 February 2019, Press Release Regarding Fire In Paris
We were deeply saddened that at least 10 people were killed and 37 injured in the fire in an eight-storey building in the 16th district of Paris on February 5, 2019.
We share the sorrow of the people of France for this painful event and extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
A Turkish student mildly injured during the incident was later discharged from the hospital. The Turkish Embassy and Consulate General have been following her condition closely.
